Corrections Policy
Updated 2026
We want readers to be able to report factual problems quickly. Survey offers and login portals can change between reviews, and a clear correction process helps keep the site useful.
What Can Be Corrected
- Inactive or redirected official survey links
- Incorrect receipt fields or steps
- Outdated rewards, deadlines, or eligibility rules
- Incorrect customer-service information
- Changed login URLs or password-recovery paths
- Misidentified trademarks, locations, or company details
- Broken internal links or missing pages
How to Submit a Correction
Use the Contact Us page and provide the page URL, the statement in question, and the best available official source. Do not include passwords, receipt codes, account numbers, or private personal information.
How We Review Requests
We compare the request with current official pages, rules, support materials, and the wording of the article. A correction is made when the evidence supports a change. Promotional claims are not updated solely from copied third-party text.
Types of Changes
Minor spelling and formatting errors may be fixed without a public note. Material changes—such as a new official portal, expired prize period, or changed eligibility rule—are reflected in the page’s content and modified data.
Disagreements
If reliable sources conflict, the article may explain the conflict or narrow the claim rather than selecting an unsupported answer. Official rules control sweepstakes participation.
No Paid Corrections
We do not charge to correct a factual error, and advertisers do not receive the right to suppress accurate information.
